bondgirl - 2008-10-04 3:13 AM I'm 4 days in and have 4 peachies. Tomorrow is a "Rest Day" for me so I'll have to get imaginative to make sure the peach continues.

Go for an easy walk or do some stretching/yoga.  Great job on the peaches!

Everyone, keep up the great work through the weekend....YOU CAN DO IT!!!

THanks for all the encouragement, Abbie! Yesterday was my rest day, too, but I did light walking and I moved a  bunch of boxes, so I counted it as dark peach! Fortunately. I don't want to lose this early in the game--or ever!

That's awesome, Good Job.

Today it was all about the Race For the Cure.  Over 65,000 participants came out to support the cause.  That is an awesome turnout.  A little crowded for running though.

Okay, after lots of pressure, I'm in this challenge.  How can a "move your body challenge" be a bad thing?  Even on off days, we should be stretching, doing yoga,  doing SOMETHING.

Good luck everyone!

Great job earning peaches this weekend!

I just got back from my bike race....if you can call climbing over 3,200 feet in 10.5 miles a "race".

Tammy welcome to the peach challenge!  I hope this helps you find some of the motivation you are looking for in the off season.

Welcome to the group Tammy! YAY!!!

Abbie... That is one heck of a race. It makes my workout sound kind of weak! LOL!

I think this was up hill weekend. I got in a 45 minute ride with 30 minutes of it continuously uphill pulling Sophia in the bike trailer! Good times!

On Saturday I earned a peach by riding my new bike...just 40 minutes!

Yesterday I ran about 11.5 miles, so far today I rode the trainer for 30 mins, took the stairs up to my floor at work (9th floor) and am planning to do weights after work!

Were you walking straight?

I did a decent hike on Saturday along with physical therapy.  It killed my legs but did a short run on Sunday and weights.
