OK...I am about to scream and throw my darn computer out the window!  Does anyone know why the heck I can't delete that stupid challenge box of my log page???  I guess I thought I was a computer guru or something and was playing with Erica's when I managed to screw it all up and now I can't even edit anything on my goal page!  PLEASE HELP!  It's really annoying the crap out of me ~ can you tell I'm just a tad frustrated?

Have you tried doing it in the view html mode?

I've tried that several times and yet it still keeps reappearing!

I can't access the spread sheet...I'm not "authorized."  I am sick and obviously having a very blonde moment.  Any help?

Edit:  ok, once the blonde moment subsided, I figured it out

Are you signed onto goggle as a different user?  Sign in again as btchallenge and see if this helps.  You will have to sign back into google under your usual user name in order to assess your bookmarks etc. once you are done with the spread sheets.

Alrighty...I'm not sure if it's a blonde kind of week for me (obviously for a couple of us ) but at least now I can breath again ~ Marmadaddy, who I might add ROCKS, got rid of that dang box for me.  He did the exact same thing I've been trying to do but for some reason it worked for him.  Either way, it's finally gone and now I will stop playing computer guru and just paste Erica's without trying to "play" with it.  All I wanted to do was see if I could figure out how it was done but nooooooooo....it didn't quite work out for me now did it!?

Anyway, has anyone heard from Llura007?  She doesn't have anything in her log and I haven't "seen" her since saying she wanted to join this challenge.  Also, rottiedog...where are you?  I know you're out there...you're posting stuff for the peach challenge.  Wake up teamies ~ we have a challenge to kick butt in!

Yes, I can be serious if absolutely necessary.  In the meantime, do we need to put an APB out for those two?!

Maybe we can give our extra workouts to them

Hey team POG- I 've been collecting my point each day even if I don't get them into the log right away.  I'll make sure they are in there tomorrow since I think the most we can count for the week is 6.  I'm still a little annoyed about my morning but getting out there always seems to help, as does writing it in the log.  Life can be pretty funny when you see it in print rather than in person.

GO POGS!

Morning POG's.  Hope everyone had a good night last night.  Crazy night here.  I went to pick up my kid's from school and found out that my daughter just puked in her last class.  Ewwww.  On the bright side, she felt fine afterwards and still wanted to go to Girl Scouts last night.  Crazy!  Getting my swim on today I think...I just go to the grocery store this morning or else no one is eating dinner tonight! Gonna play it by ear after that!  have a good one guys!

Go out for at least 10 minutes and if you still want to stop then stop.  I usually find that once I get going I am fine and do the whole work-out.

Me either but since I posted I was going to swim, I'm dragging my sorry rear to the YMCA to swim in about a half hour.  Really just want to stay home and do nothing!

Don't worry everybody, I went running!  I wish I had the flexibility to go at night but I have to use  the Y b/c I have 3 young children adn my husband travels during the week.  The only way to workout during the week is at the Y so I can use their Childwatch services.

Kudos to you for getting out there when you don't want to!  That's the funny thing about these challenges ~ it makes you move when you really just want to sit your butt on the couch!

Due to an injury moondirt has withdrawn from the challenge and your team.  I will remove them from your spreadsheet and percentage calculations.  Please inspire your team member, as many of us know injuries can be a very tough thing to get through.

Good morning POGsters!

I hit the pool this morning for 1900m, a pretty good swim.

If we don't hear from Llura or Rottie by the time the weekend is over I think we should ask to have them removed from the team.

x2.  I've left inspires and still nada.  Bummer.   Stinks about moondirt's injury!

Taking today off from training.  *runs and hides*  I'll be back tomorrow, no worries!

What is moondirt's injury? There's nothing about it in his/her blog.

tricrazy - 2008-11-07 1:02 PM Hello all!  Went swimming today.  Man I am a slow swimmer!!

Just keep at it - the speed will come.  A year ago I started masters swimming and I could barely swim 25 meters - had to use a buoy for a while.  I now swim 2500 to 3000 yards at a time.  Did 2 Olys this year too.  I'm not "fast", but I'm certainly "faster".

Today is my day off from training but I did a little core work and pushups so I could earn my peach!

Thanks, that's what I am hoping!  I am working with a coach once a week to get my form better and then I was thinking of joining the Y's Master's class.

Hi Folks,

Not injured....sick....:p  bleah.  Long term stuff... it's stealing all my energy, and I'm not allowed to push it.  Good luck with the challenge.  I'll still be putting in some workouts every week as I can get up the energy, but there's no way I can do 5x/week for now.

Oh hang in there...be gentle with yourself when you need to be, your body will let you know when its time to push it again. Take care.
