Subject: RE: Team EDISON: Stick to the planWell finished up my antibiotics today, so I guess that means I should be healthy soon. I have noticed a little less junk in my lungs, but ya it takes the edge off the stamina. This is my 3rd week of getting up at 5:30 am to get in a workout before work and running at noon. My body is still adjusting to that shift as well. I drag a bit during the day, but still have problems getting to sleep before 10:00 pm. Burning around 10k calories a week I have finally lost my Christmas weight yay! Another 5 pounds and I will have to start eating more. I hope to land right around 135 (140 now) and try to stabalize there. That should be right around 7-7.5 % body fat. My swimspa ships today... still months away from first at home swim, but every little bit of encouragement that something, anything is moving forward helps. Snow on and off this week will put a heavier load on evening indoor woorkouts 8(. |
