Question for Dee - are goals for this simply get in a workout every day of the month or can we set a number of days and work against that goal? I'm asking because I'm working with a coach and I have a rest day every week and have an HIM taper coming up. So I know from the start that I'll have a handful of days off, so I may not be able to do this challenge.

I'm actually planning on the goal being 6 days per week. Also, you get to define the "activity." So on your off days, if you do something like stretching or walking, you could count as "peaches."

Yes! Put me on a team... not very fond of marshmallows anyway (except maybe with chocolate and graham crackers!)

Oooo, I want in. I totally need motivation to keep going during the stress of relocating 800 miles and getting back to work. And you guys crack me up. Avoiding a Carol-Anne avatar is a good goal.

Count me in as well.  With the way things have been working out lately I think that a slightly less structured challenge will be a good choice this month.

I am experiencing sciatic nerve related pain.  It could be that the screwy disc in my lower back is bulging again...or it could be that the increase in running and cycling effecting my piriformis tension over the sciatic nerve.

I am leaning towards the first.   I did just a wee bit of lifting over the last 10 days...especially yesterday.

I was somewhat uncomfortable last night.  I woke up with a pinched nerve in my glute and a tight leg.  It has been been becoming more uncomfortable all day and now my lower back is starting to ache as well.

Question...

Is it just the number of peach DAYS that counts, not total minutes? If so, maybe the "minutes count" could be used if we need a tie-breaker...
