It can be hitting all your workouts, individual workouts that you struggle to get in, nutrition, whatever. Find one thing and make that your focus. For me I am for sure going with nutrition. I will try to start logging it again. I NEED to start shedding some extras before race season kicks in and them hills start eating me up. So what will everyone else focus on this week?? Now the second part of this is that we have to hold each other accountable and motivate each other to push towards are ultimate goals taking this first little step. One week at a time, one day at a time and we can achieve!!! |
