dalessit - 2009-07-04 9:37 AM And oh great another Canadian....Laughing

That's OK Tony, he's a Canadian who hits 100%!

You have to look out for Dee and her tasers though...  She provides, um, uh, motivation, yeah, that's it - motivation for the team...

I like Canadians. At least, I like the Canadians whom I've met. I'd like to visit Canada one day. During the summer though. Not the winter. I'm not a "cold weather lover." I like my water warm and liquidy.

You would love running in the winter with me at -40

Robert, love your enthusiasim, but the thread updates in my mail box are starting to make my wife wonder about me

Hah. Better toggle that notification to "OFF." Team Taser Running had 3,688 posts last month. Yes, you read that correctly. I blame it on my taser collection.

That was all Neal's fault

rlejeune - 2009-07-04 5:33 PM Finished in 2:34:10 for an avg of 35km/h I am happy with that.

Nice job Robert!  What is that in a real "per hour" measure...

21.76 mph
Wow.... If you take those numbers and turn them around, it's closer to how I ride. More like 6.127 mph. Speaking of which, I need to get on the bike later today.

My butt told me it would prefer if I stayed away from the bike today

Yeah, you better turn off the email update thingy...  Dee hasn't even made in yet...

True. But this is TdF month. In other words, I'm going to be watching the TV a lot, and it'll probably impact my post padding. Although, I suppose I can always move the computer closer to the TV, and post pad during the commercials.... Hm.

Dee, its called a laptop, they invented them a few years back, you can actually post pad while watching TV....

Finished my tri this morning (and my first stage...)  This week's lesson from the tri-gods - how to race in the rain....  I post a RR later and update the team spreadsheet.

Wow. The last time I didn't know the majority of my team was, um.... probably during my very first BT Challenge, in, um... September 2007. (Ah yes, I remember it well....)

So much is wrong with that comment ^^^^.

1. I don't run. I slog.

2. Winter. I don't do winters. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

3. -40. I don't know if you're talking about Celsius or Fahrenheit. It doesn't much matter. Either way, it's coldddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd.

4. Now, if you move to Florida, then yeah, I'd visit you.

So, I'm starting to work on our team table. But I'm thinking that it won't be nearly as nice-looking as our Taser Running table last month.

Well, if I can't use a taser background.... I'll just have to find a nice Agritubel picture.

I *heart* Google.

Any ride of more than 10 miles in the DC area is a feat to be celebrated. Training in congestion cannot be fun.

Other than a bit of rain it was a nice ride.  I live in Arlington, lots of nice roads, with bike lanes and such.

I found a few pictures, but they're all wearing the OLD jerseys.

Maybe I'll have to wait until Tuesday, after the team time trial.....

Nah, I'll keep looking. The internet is a big place.
