Afternoon teammates. Got a good swim in today to stay on schedule.



Good job todd The heat is not much a problem when swimming I guess  


HEats definitely causes my running to slow and actually makes me not want to even swim.  So Great Job Todd...


Actually have gotten a few runs in during the heat here in Vegas, although later in the day once the sun has gone down.

Hey everyone!  I'm James.  I'm just getting back into triathlon training.  I did Ironman Canada in 2007 and basically sat on the couch and got fat for the past 2 years.  Racing short course next summer is the goal so I'm just trying to build up my base in preparation for next season. 

I'm going to be out of town for about a week at the end of the month but I factored that into my goals.  I'm heading out on a week long paddling trip in Northern British Columbia. 

Nice to meet everyone

otter_sh - 2009-08-03 10:38 PM SO far I have gotten in 1 bike and 1 swim work out.  Swimming was 400 yards with no legs, just pulling with arms.  Tiring!
