ouch continues

Hey guys...I've been getting in my 10min a day...in Vegas...so pretty much all I have been doing for the past few days is core and walk and then do more walking and more walking...haha.

Got 10 minutes in today....even something a bit more creative!

Hey Team NMLH!  We have 9 days left, how is everyone doing?  I saw a lot of unmarked boxes on our spreadsheet when I logged my workout.....hope it's being done and just not updated!

Does this ever get easier?

I have to update my logs and the spread sheet. I have only missed a couple of days so far but, I am going to have to be out of it for a few days. I am having sinus surgery tomorrow and I am not sure how long I will feel like crappola. I am assuming at least 3 days. Sorry team but it has to happen.

I'm back at it today. Slowly but surely.

finally updated the spreadsheet. been really busy with work but still managing to get my training in somewhat.

Did my last corework today!  Need to update the spreadsheet....

Today is the last day for the August Core Challenge.

Please log your workouts and tell your team mates to do the same.

Winner will be announced on Friday, so all workouts have to be logged end of the day Thursday to count!

Sorry team, 74% is as good as I could do. The sinus surgery was worse than I expected.

I finished off the month. Pretty much all I did while I was in Vegas. Just updated now.

Final Ranking:

Sorry guys, I got drowned in work this month and although did keep up with the training just never had the time to log. Good to see that my initial efforts weren't for nothing!!
