Subject: RE: August "Don't Be A Slacker" ChallengeLong run this morning. I was considering biking from where my marathon group meets to run, to the beach where my tri club meets to swim, then going for a swim after my run. But it's a 5 mile ride, and I was tired after doing the 10-mile run (plus the 4.5-mile bike commute I did to get to the run in the first place ), so I ended up skipping the swim in favor of going to brunch with my marathon group. Plus they probably have good reason to hold the swim FIRST for tris.... After all that running and biking, jumping in the lake sounds a bit dangerous  |
