So, I went to the medical supply store, but they didn't have anything that seemed appropriate for my needs that weren't incredibly high priced. ($40 socks that say nothing about sports injuries, while Running Room had compression socks listed online for $25.) I went to Running Room to see their socks and talked to one of the employees who had the same problem as me. She corrected it with motion control shoes with arch support. I have super flat feet and have been aware for a long time that I'm wearing the wrong shoes... I decided to try injury prevention and bought some proper running shoes. I hope this works! |

Normally I'm more of a solo runner and especially not with him. But it was good weather, challenging and the kids were happy with cousins and grandma. I will get 100% of my strength goal this week and should breakk 100% of my run goal if all goes well. How does everyone else look? |

I just got my run in.... Moat of this day has been spent trying to rescue a pendant from my necklace that went down the drain earlier. My bf has spent hours trying to get it out and even after a trip to Lowe's we still don't have the right tools  I'm not sure what we are going to do. |
