I really hope that this works out. It is with a university hospital. I see free classes in my future. How cool would that be? |

Not sure what I'm getting into yet today, I was going to walk my loop, but we are getting freezing rain right now. I may go hit the pool instead. I know I have numerous workouts to log, I will try to get to that this afternoon. Have a slam dunk day everyone! |

I hit the road at 8:00 and didn't get home until 9:00. A full day of travel and meetings. Though they were all good. One was for a 5K race we are planning here in May and the other is a non-profit group I am on the board of. The day trip was to meet with a co-worker that I really like. The only down thing was no time to work out. I simply cannot get up early in the mornings to work out. Heck, I have a hard time getting up early for any dang thing! Today will be better. I WILL get the workout in at lunch. IWILLWILLWILLWILL. |

Me three. I even rescheduled my Physical Therapy session this morning. I just dont feel very good and cant seem toget myself going. |

Tomorrow is a Chi running clinic that I set up here in town. I am looking forward to it a lot. Everyone I know who has used that technique has had a much easier, more enjoyable time running. |

Amy, we never look at a library customer as being bad just because they are late with returning books as long as they do take care of their library fees. It's only when they try and weasel out of them and believe me, I have heard a lot of different stories. The more unbeliveable they are, the more I believe them, cause who would make up such an outrageous story.  So, you are a good library customers. And those fees usually go towards purchasing more materials for the library so it is all good. |
