Yup, CSC with another big win.  Have to go upstairs and watch it right now since I just got back from ride # 4 (29 mile loop) and just beat the sunset.  Eating some food, taking the puppers out and going to bed to watch the replay of the stage.

Another ride down... imagining I was Cancellara at the finish... sprinting the last 10 k as the action unfolded... Highlights are wonderful!!!

Right shower and nap time before the action starts in 3 hours!!!!!

Got another 10 mile trainer ride in last night after getting home from seeing the new HP movie and going out to eat at Cheesecake Factory.  Probably needed more time between the dinner and the ride, but it was already late ......

Not doing my run this morning though, little bit of fatigue setting in from all the IM training already.

Thought I would post this now so I won't forget. I'll be on vacation next week in New Mexico at a place that supposedly has some great mountain biking. I'm bringing my MTB and plan to ride lots. Unfortunately, I'm staying in this cabin-like lodging facility that has no Internet access - this will be really roughing it for me. Consequently, I won't be able to post my workouts until the following week. But fear not, for I will be riding.

Hey CSC,

nice rides, but all those fancy wheels won't catch the Discovery team.  check your tires in the morning, there may be a gremlin about.

Catch us if you can.

Go Discovery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who's got the yellow jersey again???

Oh, right ..... Cancellara STILL ........ not Leipheimer, not Contador and certainly not Georgie!!

6/6 so far here, on track to get all 21 in (may even say f-ck it and ride the rest days while I'm at it ...... because that's just how CSC rolls!).

Just to point out the CSC has ALSO taken the team classification off Astana and are all wearing the yellow numbers to signify they are the best... of course we already knew that

Got in 32 miles in ride number 6.  Back at it tomorrow.

Hey Catherine,

fTomorrow is an off day for me, so for the Monday count, I've got 4 of 10 rides in and 50 miles done.

Thanks to you all for the support. The accountability is great.  I would have blown of getting on the "bike" at the gym today if Ididn't have you.  And I'm really enjoying learning about the Tour.  Hope the weekend is going well for everyone.  Ride on.

Okay, don't remember when we were supposed to have everything posted by, especially with the drastic difference in Time Zones on our team

So as of now, 7 of 21 rides,  190.5 miles, 11 hrs, about 7960 vertical in 1 Mtn Stage and 6 flat to rolling stages.

Well. It looks like I'm the teams self appointed Prologue specialist.

I've done 10 rides of 5.5 miles each giving me a total of 55 Miles. They usually take me about 16-17 minutes.

I know I'm stretching the rules to their limit but as a fellow Dane is in Yellow you gotta cut me some slack......right?
