'Miah...(is that what you prefer?) Just like I told Aaron, who joined us for the first time yesterday....all it takes is one training session and you are an ESCKTC'er for LIFE!!!  So he should consider himself a member whether he likes it or not!!  But, luckily for us he DID like it/us, and will be coming back for more!! 

Ok....logos and stuff...   I agree, the Josh's rendition of #2 above is the tightest one.  We need to focus on fonts now. Please feel free to provide input!  I am torn between the white and the black because white gets nasty in lakes, especially Tempe Town Sewer, AND it;s SEE THROUGH!!!  For those who don't believe me, you need to pay more attention at the next tri.  Girls definitely have to wear a jog bra under the shirt even if it has a shelf bra in it, AND I am not so sure I am comfortable having my arse encased in see through white and especially see through when wet tri shorts.  (I know, I know...comments are buzzing through some people's heads right now), but seriously? A big white arse?  How about black shorts that have white up the side, with the flames down at the bottom.  And maybe the shirts would just have a black panel up the side, sort of like a total opposite from the shorts?

So Jen and Josh......when do you want to invite me over for a little photoshop/bang out this pactimo pattern party?  I would even cook up a pot of grub and bring it over in exchange.  OR if you have it on a lap top we could meet up at a coffee shop or book store or somewhere some night this week.  Let me know what you think. WOOT!

I have a question: Can we have more than one sponsor? How about a bike shope and yoga place. Then we can get cheaper stuff from both of them! 

I do agree with Tanya as well on the white. I have a white-top trisuit that you'll never see me in. I'd rather go topless than sport the white-washed back hair look.

As for bottoms, I have no problem with black. It's just the core that needs to stay cool.

And on the East-West thing refer to the slogan: "We're All East Side of Somewhere" We have been mostly meeting in Eastern PHX metro area because of Saguaro and Usery. Moving up to Canyon has made that difficult for the non-east living members, so we want to give our west and central PHX peeps a driving break and head out their way sometime real soon. Plans are in the works for a Lake Pleasant outing and more central bike routes like the South Mountain one Tanya mentioned. SO don't feel like anyone has to pledge any allegiance to anyone here. We're just trying to stay cool in the heat baby, ooh yeah.

And on another note: Yay bike run photoshop hottub party! We're adding too many things into each get together the word Brick is only so versatile. What is this one, a Br-pho-tub-ito-ick? (I added mojito in there just because)

Jen...where is DNA? I have a feeling 2 bikes shops are not going to be ok with both their logos being on there.  I kind of want to give Focus the first shot as I have been talking with them extensively about their expansion into Tri gear. They are getting rid of all their family cruiser stuff and going road and tri.  He even had me helping him pick out tri clothes to order.  I am going to work a discount for us there as well.  I want to have a real mocked up picture of what our design/top would look like when I go in to ask, so I was just waiting for that.  Would you mind? I can also ask about how he feels about 2 shops.  If they are far enough away, they might not mind.

On that note...the more logos/sonsorship the better!!  That will bring everyone's costs down, and maybe make it so that everyone can afford a tri outfit, tech training shirt AND bike jersey if they want one.  Even though my company would understand that haing their logo on our shirts is not going to drum up more revenue management software busines....its more for showing support for me.  Plus their logo is cool.  You can see it here at www.letitrain.com

Originally I didn't mention white at all, I just said "not black" for the tops/jerseys. Later I agreed on not white either.

Extremes are bad mmmkay?

OK Cool Kids....check out this album.  It's sort of a tighter redo of our logo (the things we decided on at the party) so we can give it to the REAL artist to work from.  There are 5 variations on a theme....showing it in 5 different fonts.  Please "vote" under the pics for your favorites.  Also, leave any other comments you want.
