Swim - 34%
Bike - 35%
And September is now 30% finished, so I'm thinking that I'm right on track.
(I also worked hard to get a good base for the challenge. So all I've done this week is swim/bike. My shoulders and knees hate me right now. )
Unfortunately, the swim team takes over the pool starting tomorrow. They leave a lap lane open, but good luck getting into it. I'll probably have to figure out a different time to hit the pool. (And I'm NOT a morning person, so 5:30 AM workouts are NOT gonna happen! There's just no way! )
