The numbers for the past week are high but will become lower over the next three weeks, training will be more focused on running.

9500/20000m - 47.5%
90.9k/200km - 45.45%

Go East!!!!

My totals from Sept 1 through Sept 9:

Swim - 7300 yards
Bike - 65.24 miles

Percentage of goals completed:
Swim - 34%
Bike - 35%

And September is now 30% finished, so I'm thinking that I'm right on track.

(I also worked hard to get a good base for the challenge. So all I've done this week is swim/bike. My shoulders and knees hate me right now.)

Unfortunately, the swim team takes over the pool starting tomorrow. They leave a lap lane open, but good luck getting into it. I'll probably have to figure out a different time to hit the pool. (And I'm NOT a morning person, so 5:30 AM workouts are NOT gonna happen! There's just no way!)

GO EAST!

I didn't quite make my target for swimming, but I'm well ahead on cycling. I'll get into the pool an extra session this week, so maybe I can make it up!

My totals are:

Swim: 2000 yds
Bike: 51.15 mi

Cheers Westies!

Trish

BTW- I'm not cheating on the swim/run challenge, I absolutely cannot get my avatar to switch to my new picture!

Donto, don't know how far you are along in the making the spreadsheet for this week process, but I just logged my workout for Saturday.  That puts me at 27 miles for biking and 2500 meters for swimming.

Sorry my swim total isn't higher, Team East.  Needed a little break from the pool after last month's swim challenge.  Ready to get back in it this week.

Drum roll........

Here are the results for Week#1, the EAST team jumps out to the early lead followed by WEST with CENTRAL close behind.  Sadly team WORLD is sucking some serious air going nowhere at the moment!Tongue out

Sorry it took  so long to complete this, work has been tough lately.  I attached the spreadsheet is anyone cares to look at it to verify your results.  Oh, almost forgot.  If you do a race and don't fill in your log but you do fill out a race report.  Make sure you click the option to add the times/distances to your training log otherwise they won't be counted.

Onto week 2 we go, keep up the good work!

Sadly team WORLD is sucking some serious air going nowhere at the moment!Tongue out

Donto/Team World, and everyone else--I will have you know that I am VERY GOOD AT SUCKING.

One reason we're probably behind is that I didn't log very many bike and swim minutes for Week One (being abroad--which qualifies me for the World Team to begin with) ... but have been logging like a mad hound since I've been home.

Let's go, Team World!
