So Dee, Log off at 330 and then all is well....LOL.

Hahaha, I should have known that would be your reply.

Yeah. That would work.

Actually, I hit the treadmill at 2 AM the other day. I was getting off BT, and decided to do a short run. LOL

The sander can be ran almost all night, but the tile saw goes off when it gets dark.  Remember I am old and can't see in the dark very well.

The inside cabinets are almost ready for poly,  the doors are a pain in the !@#$,  The new cabinet for the oven is now complete (including reroute of power),  the tile is down to a few edges and grout,  I should have my new transmission today so I can start putting that in,  the countertops will wait til after Thanksgiving (my wife hasn't picked the new granite color yet) YIPPPPEEE!!!!!

Since the merry band of Mosc sisters didn't come over and boot my butt, I had to sluggishly meander over to the pool today and start my swim.  It was weird going back in after a 2 month hiatus, but it didn't feel so bad once I got going.

Chalk up 1 swim of 600 yards to meet part of my goal.  Oh, I have 3 episodes of Heroes watched for the month.  That needs to be added to the spreadsheet.

It was a heckuva lot easier doing the run challenge, let me tell ya!

Go, Team. Go, Team. Go, Team Moscateers!

Holy Cow, Moscateers! Team # 1 is second!

Congratulations everyone, and keep up the excellent work. I will admit that I am a bit surprised (as the spread-sheet keeper) that we're in 2nd, but I'm proud of us nonetheless.

Now, lets see if we can take over those chatty TWISNIBBINs, who more than once have lured me into their den of craziness. One time I was afraid I was not going to get out. If I ever go missing for too long, check to see if they tied me up there. Ha ha.

So... He made you go look for his info? Well then, I think he should incur a penalty....

Oh wait. This isn't team twisnibbins. I can't make him post a picture of his tri-workout-developed legs.... Or can I? (insert evil laugh here.)

Here is a Challenge update update!

Some of the teams had issues with their spreadsheets. So here is an update to the update.

I've noticed that some of you are already at 100% of your goals! (And yet, today is only the 14th....) No one gets to record more than 100%. However, you MAY increase your goal. (I'm so nice, aren't I?)

Remaining in First Place, both for post counts AND for workouts -- Congratulations Team Twisnibbins!

Here are the team standings:
1st place - Twisnibbins 37%
2nd place- Moscateers 35%
3rd place (tie) - Wild Hippos - 32%
3rd place (tie) - 5 for Fighting 32%
5th place - Hard Core Tri Corps 27%
6th place- Turkey Terrors 26%

? place - Vigilantes - no spreadsheet posted yet

Hehe, maybe we SHOULD add chatting to our goals. Although, we seem to be doing a fine job of it even without it being officially listed.

You can include the brushing. (Your coworkers will thank you.) But the breathing, well, I'll include it only if you tell me exactly how many breaths you plan on taking each day.

Ooohhhh!!!  Them's fightin' words!!!Yosemite.jpg picture by salparco

O.K. Mr. saling4, just 'cause we're the gals on our thread are chatty, does not mean that we don't work out...

Uhhummm...not to brag or anything, but so far this month, I've been able to swim 7500 yds, bike 27 miles, and run 33 miles...harrumphhh.   And all this because of the great motivation of promised pics the Twisnibbins (yeah, and get that right...not Twismibbons).

Uh, so despite our their chattiness, we get stuff done for pics.

I note a little jealousy...but of course, the invitation to come visit is open to one and all.  In fact, half the people who post on our thread are not even on our team...maybe that's why it's so chatty...

Come on over...I'm sure once you visit, you'll never be able to pull yourself away feel differently.  Yeah, and that goes for you too Mary, the mosc sisters, Kristen, and everyone else on this team...whew...that felt good to get that off my chest...
