Expert 1112 I'm a Tennessee girl living in SoCal. | Subject: RE: Who's Your Marmadaddy I got in another 1.4 miles today. It's not much, but I hired a new PT and today was orientation/get to know each other better session, so it involved a little bit of several things for him to gauge where I am in order to design a program for me. If my core isn't too sore (he had me doing planks - ugh!), then I'll head back over tomorrow for some more cardio time and possibly a swim. I'll meet with the trainer again on Wednesday for our first formal workout and for him to outline the program he's designed for me. Hope everyone has a great Saturday! |
