Jen, I finished the baby blanket I was crocheting. The baby shower is tomorrow, so I had to get it done tonight.

That's been my life this Friday evening. LOL

Morning Nibbs!  I finally got to sleep around 3 and woke up at 9:30.  Funny thing is, I'm not really that tired right now.  I'm sure I will be later.

My legs have turned to sh#$. I am really freaking out about climbing after today's ride. My partner spanked me up the mountains. Then he spanked me on the TT's. I have a lot of work to do before June

geauxtri - 2008-08-01 3:55 PM Think I'm gonna geaux swim b4 I have to go pick up medals for tomorrow's tennis tournament.
tennis tourny, sounds like fun. Have a fun swim.

Tennis Tourney Sucked
1.) I don't play and am not interested in the game
2.) It's HOT (triple digits lately)
3.) Only 5 kids showed up for todays bracket and coach decided to play RR and I didn't argue (why didn't I argue that one... oh yeah, b/c there are no rankings for brakcets)
4.)  The season's scoresheets and team rosters were WAY disorganized... therefore, it took me an hour just to figure out which team won the season
5.)  B/c of RR play, it went two hours longer than I planned

BUT TENNIS SEASON IS NOW OVER !!!!!!!

Artemis - 2008-08-02 11:53 AM I am so tired. I need to go to bed early tonight.

Thats what Fridays are for arent they... unless Im invited somewhere I always just spend them chilling out and relaxing!

My husband went out to drink with people.  I'm totally not up for it.  I'd rather go to bed so I can get up early for my run tomorrow.  I want to do at least 8 miles, but I'm hoping closer to 10.

So how far did ya go????

Oh Boy... Catching up was easy today

I just got back into the office from the Tennis tourney...  see above^^^^

Now it's time to crank out payroll...

I did run this morning (really need to go blog that)  It sucked too....  Everything sucks today... is it the alignment of the stars or just my attitude????

Run sucked b/c I ate badly last night (watermelon and Lucky charms for dinner) and did not eat before my run (I can't eat before early morning workouts... mean's I'd hav to get up even early)

Well, I didn't end up running since I didn't get to sleep until 3 am.  I am going tomorrow.  I did do a 2 hour workout on the trainer.  For the first hour, I stole Pam's one-leg drill workout and for the second hour I did a Carmichael Training DVD on time trialing.  Wow are my legs sore!!

So, even though I rode on the trainer, I feel pretty good about the workout.

Heather, have you tried something like Ensure before your morning runs?  I usually can't eat food, but I can drink these and it gives me a ton more energy than not eating.

Hey, Nibbs!

Long time, no see.

We had a great time at the beach, but now I'm facing mountains of laundry and other post-vacation crap.

I'll try to catch up tomorrow. Ah, well, probably not - I'll probably just read a page or two and call it good...but I'll see you tomorrow.

OWS, this afternoon!!!!

Though,I still have yardwork to do this afternoon too    Hubby had left some digging for today, then this morning he biffed it on his bike ride (still learning how to safely cross RR tracks)  now his shoulder is messed up (and RD cable) so that means I get to do the digging this afternoon

They all taste pretty much the same in my experience.  They really aren't that bad.  Make sure it's cold when you drink it, though.

I ran 7 miles today.  It did not go as well as I was hoping.  My legs were really tired and I was having a hard time staying moving.  I got through it.  I guess that's what's important.
