The one downside to being on the Left Coast is that the bowl tie-ins with the Big 10 usually send Iowa, when we are bowl eligible, to Texas or Florida. Glad your team won. This was the Gopher's worst Big 10 loss in history, BTW, and their 2nd worst loss of all time except for an 84-13 whipping by Nebraska in 1983. Yowza. And congrats to your team, too. I really need to put the grocery list aside for when I can focus entirely on it or else I'll be doing the multiple trips to the store as well. |

Yesterday there was one coner I kept coming out of aero in. Last time I took it I was one arm in and other half out cause the road takes a 90 degree bend there and cars speed through going wide a lot. Today I stayed aero. Not real fast, I hit the brakes before that turn...but I stayed aero anyway. We're spending Thanksgiving with friends. I'm making sourdough/pear stuffing, a salad w/ butternut squash and pecans and butternut squash soup. I dug out my recipe for the stuffing...need turkey sausage. Also ran out of eggs . i just spent half of yesterday at the grocery store, how is that possible? |
