Artemis - 2009-10-01 10:51 AM Morning TAN.  I'm sad.  I met with my surgeon and he wants me to have surgery in the next two weeks, so there will be no fall marathons for me.  I can defer one of them to next year, but not the other.  I'm depressed.

"Major compassion vibes being sent".
I've had surgery before. "sucks"!

Thanks.

My appendectomy sucked.  It hurt for at least a month in my abdominal muscles.  I'm not really looking forward to it. Although, if it fixes the problem, I will be happy to have it done with.

Well, get the surgery and come back strong next year!

Trying to figure out what to do with 10 really ripe Home grown tomatoes before I have to throw them out.
Any meal suggestions?

I had Chinese. And just polished off some M&Ms. Can you imagine how ripped I'd be if I didn't eat sh*t?

Scambled eggs, hash browns, bacon and coffee for me.

Went to a concert last night... got home at 2am... I's sleepy. Check out Caravan of Thieves and Ryan Montbleau if you have a chance. They are quite good.

trying to do to much to fast?

The amount of rotating that you have to do for swimming would not be advised with a sore back. We all told you to rest meh. Sometimes, it is wise to listen to TAN... other times... well... wait... what was I saying.

i DIDN'T swim - i was too sore/stiff getting out of bed.  i thought i was getting better, but i guess not.  stupid back sprain.  i'm going to email the RD about that sprint.  i haven't done much this week - the heaviest thing i've picked up was my dog and i only did that once, walking, driving, laundry, light housecleaning (but made boyfriend vacuum)

gahhhh

Hey meh... this will make you feel a little better.  I was driving to the airport last night to pick up some birds.  And I was listening to the Orioles game on the radio when they announced the next batter as one Jeff Fiorentino.  While I was listening he went 1 for 2 with a single and an RBI.  I guess he's been up at the big dance since the end of the Tide's season (20+ games).

I know you didn't swim... I's can read a little... I was saying it would not be adviseable (ie DON'T DO IT or even think about it)

Definately contact the RD...
