do you think my dogs will die after 16 hours in their crates? terrible planning on mine and mr. meh's parts. Not only tempting but probably more productive!!! Dogs will be fine but they will need a good walk and if they could not hold it, a bath. |

Tee Jaay, what is the name of the place where they have dried meat hanging outside? Great drinks, salsa and food with fresh tortillas. I think it was near an older part of town. Delicious delicious tasty mouth watering meats!!!!!!!!! Hanging everywhere!!!!!!! Mmmmm.
Did you pick up Ruhlman's book? I used it last winter to make some duck breast prosciutto. Took a few weeks of hanging it in cheesecloth in the fridge, but it was worth it... very tasty! |
