We'll have to pick up their slack. So how long have you been into the "fitness lifestyle". Pretty cool, isn't it? I spent the late part of the morning cleaning out closets. Pretty cool to get rid of clothes that are about 10 sizes bigger than I am! Don't know why I kept them, but I feel "cleansed" now! |

And nutella. I really believe in the hotness-inducing properties of nutella.Atlantia - 2007-11-06 1:24 PM I was just going to say how nice it was to finally be able to keep up with this ever-growing thread. Usually by the time I've read enough back story to know what's going on, the subject has changed again. Geeze, your avatar makes me want to go down and do more leg work. Simply amazing, my dear! (sneaking in to the quiet thread as I eat my lunch). I did a really quick work out over lunch... warmed up using the bike, and then hit my abs and core pretty hard (for me). I see that I have been fueling my body incorrectly, I shall now race off to buy a case of Nutella!

Nice job getting in those lunchtime workouts. They're hard to manage (for me, at least.) Don't forget the marshmellow fluff, too. Nutella and marshmellow fluff sandwich. Yum. Edited by Atlantia 2007-11-06 12:37 PM |

I was invited to BT party central and thought I 'd look around some more. Hector, my "just a few minutes" on BT can turn into an hour or more without making any effort. This site is getting to be an addiction, as bad as the endorphin high from working out! That's what happens when I am off from work and run out of things to do (cause I'm too tired to do what I should be doing from staying up on BT too late last night?) |
