I don't think there's a no LOL rule in Nibbs. I'm sure we've used it before. Yeah, Sal - what do you think this is, TAN??? Well, you can LOL in TAN, too. They just yell at you afterwards. |

ROTFLMAF We like to laugh. ROTFLMAO? Now I'm confused about what you're doing? I plugged in a bunch of words that start with F, but none of them are family friendly. I'm a librarian, I can't spell. Doesn't Off start with F? ROTFLMAO Good thing you cleared that up BEFORE I got here. I was about to jump onto the "Final F" speculation team with all the other Nibbies. |

All of the ones I've tried are really greasy and I hate that. I'm in the same boat. I know Roc makes a good nighttime moisturizer (with retinol), and they make several daytime ones--with SPF 30 or SPF 45 I believe. Or maybe it's 15 and 30. Anywho, Costco in our area has it and I'm thinking of trying it. Have you tried that one before? Do you know if it's greasy? Edited by givemashot 2008-06-03 1:08 PM |

So far I have tried: Clinique Super City Block - ok, but really thick. A lot like just wearing sunscreen. Eucerin Everyday Protection Face Lotion with SPF 30 - really greasy Aveda Dual Nature Face Protection SPF 15 - greasy/shiny. smells like sunscreen. my skin is kind of irritated from it |

I hated Clinique Super City Block. It was so thick I couldn't get it rubbed in. I'll admit to being totally pathetic. I rarely moisturize and I use sport sunscreen on my face. Sorry I'm no help. |

I use the Olay Complete SPF 30. I use the sensitive skin variation. It is not greasy or smelly and it doesn't make my face break out. And I am uber fair-skinned and sensitive. Now if I could just find a spray on sunscreen for the rest of my bod that doesn't make me break out. |

Pro 4507 Simpsonville, SC | Subject: RE: Challenge Chat (aka Nibbs XVIII) - come join us :) I haven't even seen if this is possible yet, but I am seriously considering changing my entry to Aquabike for Sunday. My coach told me to race the swim and the bike as if I weren't running, then try to think happy thoughts while I get smoked on the run because I am doing an easy jog. So as I started mentally preparing for such a scenario, I thought why not just do the Aquabike so I can race the swim and the bike and not have to deal with the run? What do Nibbs think? Is this more taper madness? |

Yeah, no kidding. I'm using Banana Boat Ultra Defense, but I haven't tried the spray version. That usually results in bad things. |

Is this more taper madness? hmmmmm, tough question Pam I guess it depends on what your goals are and what is important for you to feel good and successful on the one hand - sounds like you feel like you'd be more competitive without the run portion of it, so if that's more important, then maybe switch on the other hand - you've been training really hard to do the whole race - are you going to be disappointed if you don't do all 3 legs? so in other words - at the end of the race, do you think your satisfaction will be higher if you finish the whole race or place higher in the finish not much help am I? good luck! you know the nibbs will celebrate your success with you however it is defined! |
