The most unfortunate part is that I cannot eat butter, flourless chocolate cake, or bacon and they all sound delicious! Mmmmmmmmm. Bacon. How was your chicken dinner? |

I had plain chicken and a baked potato with a tiny bit of butter and ranch dressing. Not feeling sick at all, so that's an improvement. Nice to be able to eat some protein again! I packed chicken and noodles for lunch tomorrow. |

Woke up way late and had to rush to get the kids ready for school on time. Then at breakfast, Cole dumped Frosted Flakes all over the floor. Yikes. Good thing I love him!! Fortunately, it isn't just my house. It seems to be statewide. Knowing that makes me feel better. But, it is freaking out my ASD kiddo. |

Not so much a shriek but more of a yell that will get everyone's attention! But with these lady bugs, he is just afraid of them. Like they are gonna get him and hurt him. He won't stop obsessing on them. I do hope they are gone soon! |

Bouncing off my sunglasses, stuck in my hair. It was crazy. I can't wait to ride my bike tomorrow. I bet they hurt at high speeds!

I know that prior to the cold weather, there was a big migration of soybean aphids that passed thru and made being outdoors fairly miserable. I wonder if the ladybugs are following the aphids. |

Veteran 170 Plano, TX | Subject: RE: E.V.I.L. Running Reapers - Halloween Run Challenge BunnyB - 2009-10-19 3:16 PM Good afternoon, fellow Reapers! I had a very busy couple of days at work the end of last week, and then a busy but fun weekend. I went to a spin class on Saturday morning taught by Bob Harper from The Biggest Loser. OMG! It was the spin class from hell with about 90% of it out of the saddle. I personally didn't get out of the saddle that much since I'm still in the final stages of rehab for my knee injury, but even with that, it was still the spin class from hell! LOL For those who watch the show, Shay from the current season was also there taking the class. She is looking great! She's currently down 150 pounds from her starting weight. She actually chatted with me for about 15 minutes prior to the class starting. She was sharing her workout schedule with me and I got tired just HEARING it. She's in the gym six days a week, putting in a total of about 36 hours per week. One hour of each workout day is spent with a trainer, but the rest of it is on her own. Dee - I updated the spreadsheet yesterday just before lunch. Since I'm on the west coast though, I may have missed the deadline. I'll try and remember to do it on Saturday night next weekend. Ok, I'm heading out for a walk. I'm counting down the days until my ortho clears me to start wogging again -- only 2 more weeks to go if all goes well! That is awesome! I love that show. Could care less about the drama, but still love it! Wouldn't it be nice to just workout all day as your JOB! |

We were getting LOTS of ladybugs a few years ago and I couldn't find anything to get rid of them. Some sites will tell you to use caulk and all that, but they will still find a way in. Just vacuum them up, take the bag outside somewhere and let them out. They will stain if you squish them -- or so I've been told! |

Veteran 170 Plano, TX | Subject: RE: E.V.I.L. Running Reapers - Halloween Run Challenge I was without internet on my home computer for what seemed like a month! Wow - don't know how I made it! Ok, it was really just a few days Updated the spreadsheet with my runs from Sunday and this evening. Played baseball against a team of young guys all aged 18-21 today and felt like I was in my prime for a short period. I pitched 2 innings and struck 4 out and didn't give up a hit. I can only throw HARD once a year now, the rest of the year I'm recovering from my one good outing :-)
