So if Neal is in, that brings our team to 4, right?
That's only 25 miles per person, and it's not consecutive, it's broken up. That's totally doable. 5 people would bring it down to 20 miles, and 6 people would be roughly 16.67 miles per person. Of course those numbers aren't exact, but it is possible for us.
I am here briefly, and then I am taking the little dog to the groomer's and meeting DH at the doctors. It is a routine exam for him, but I am going because he hasn't been to a doctor in years and he doesn't ask any questions and it helps to have a second pair of ears to listen to any instructions.
Then if we get out in time, I dash back home to get the big dog and drop her off at doggy daycare to get tired and socialized, and I head to work. After work pick up both dogs and back home to fix dinner. Our version of gumbo/jambalaya I think. And while that simmers, a quick aerobic session for a workout!

The doc said I was a good candidate for surgery. I told him that was great but it had to wait until after the Marine Corp Marathon. He thought that was a great idea. He also offered cortisone shot and suggested in September to help my foot deal with the stress of training.

And how long for the foot to heal after surgery so that you would be ready for events in 2014?
So I was telling Donnie about the Keys 100 race. Even though it is a busy time of year for us, he said he might be interested in coming along and driving the van for us. Totally shocked me because he's typically anti-supportive about things like this. He said there are enough family members on the road to get the kids where they would need to go for a weekend.
I'm not going to hold my breath, but we may have 1 driver. We should have at least 1 more though so they can switch on and off.
I'm sure that if I go, Frank will go and he could be another driver for us.

Hi Kendra.
It would be about 3 to 4 months for complete recovery. I could bike and swim way before then. Start to walk on it normally in 1-2 months.
