Awesome job, TJ!!!!

Thanks. Still working through mixed emotions and the physical effects. Here's a pic of DS2 while he was still having fun. Not sure how well it'll show.

Mixed emotions: yuck and yum.

DS2: PURE YUM. ;)

He is indeed :)
TJ, your DS2 and my DD2 share a birthday, btw:)

I would love to run an HM to celebrate with her one day.  Very cool that you two did this!

So, all you Jesse and Lauren stalkers check out this page on occasion, right?

THANK YOU CHRIS!

He is, quite possibly, the most photogenic man on the planet.

Just thought I'd throw in that Shiggy is a good friend of mine and I took him to his very first triathlon social/meeting.

You know, Yanti, between you and Jo, I think you could assemble quite a party.  Could you guys get on that and, um, let us know the time and place?

You're welcome, but I thought I held that title

You only hint to the existence of such photos.  If you actually produce said photos we may be able to have a "pic-off".

I'm waiting until I race "Old School" in a Speedo. Although, I would need to be speedier to do that. One would not want to try that look unless one is able to put down a respectable finishing time.

For his birthday lunch we went to Old Chicago where he declared that he wanted a whole pizza to himself. Bless his heart he shared it with his Grandma anyway.(DH and I had an Italian nachos and I had the Leiney's Orange Shandy)

Janyne, what do you find to be the value of the membership? I am currently on the freebie plan and am considering a GPS enabled watch (not sure if it will be Garmin, Timex or Polar).  I believe that is covered anyway, so I'm trying to figure out the value of a paid membership. I am not currently on a training plan, nor do I intend to do any long course in the near future, which is where I think a more detailed plan would be beneficial.

I'm in a quandary, any input is appreciated.

I support them more because I use their site a lot than because I use any specific feature.

Happens to me a lot at the longer distances.

It's "only" a HM, so I don't think you have to worry about a major deficit, but do try and continue to eat as normally as possible. ESPECIALLY if you are doing some active recovery.

Liquid refreshment if solids are an issue. Try crackers and soup. When did you become my kid???

Not the Monica/Salty prerace liquids, BTW.
