I got my peachy on this morning with a little swim.

And I must have fixed something I was doing wrong because the spot on the back of my shoulder that has always hurt when I press on it is barely sore any more! I have to press really hard now to make it hurt.

I also took 15 seconds off my 100 warmup time today, but I didn't time any other 100s. I want to do a 100 all out soon to see where I'm at.

But the more important thing is that I think I'm finally fixing my lifting-my-head-to-breathe problem. And with that change, I feel like I could swim FOREVER. So, even though my 500 yesterday was very slow, it was not very tiring.

I want to try to swim a mile sometime before the end of the month for kicks. I did it a couple of months ago and it took an embarrassingly long time.

I lose count of my laps very easily, though. I got a SportCount counter, but I have noticed that the laps I push on it do not always register.

where'd you go?

Sharing a 1BR apartment is getting a little old, though ... my roomie was upset with me for getting up 15 minutes earlier than she did so I could go swimming.

So I'm feeling really stuck right now.

Also, my plantar fasciitis on the right side is much better and the left side is still fixed. So things are looking up with that!

Glad to have PF over the winter rather than over the summer, but it really stank having it for the entire winter.

Am I allowed to quote myself?

There's probably something mentally disturbing about doing that.
