Not sure if they help me recover faster, but I usually feel back to normal within a day to a week. This week, I've just been recovering from last weekend (18-miler on Saturday followed by a half marathon on Monday where I PR'ed ), so I've just been taking it easy, stretching a lot, and went to get a massage today. I have an open water swim race on Saturday and a century planned for Sunday, so it'll be quite an interesting weekend! |
