that's another thing.  I don't think it goes out all the time.  I will post it, go to my wife's account, and not see the post.

I have to go to my profile (in her account) and find where I sent it and click...  Maybe that's why I don't get the credit?  It didn't show up on HER page?  Doesn't make sense though, cuz she gets the XP and money.  But I don't get any completion for her help.

Not sure why you don't get credit J ..... I always seem to.  But I stopped working on the Avtoret level in Moscow (even though I'm on the 3rd tier and near the last job) so I could go to work on Bangkok.  Spending 109 energy and only getting 3% was a frickin' waste of time and evergy when I can get through B faster.

I only have two of the businesses in B but I am doing okay with them.  You just have to buy so much crap in B that it is ridiculous!!!!  But I've got 70k in the bank so I can buy the next business (150k) and get things really rolling.  You have to bank fast there or money disappears quick with fighting.

I do like the fighting there.  I've been doing only Yakuza jobs (I'm partial to Japanese culture to begin with, so that was a perfect fit for me) but even though I was at 0 for my triad, once the fighting opened up I am close to 150 points now without doing any jobs for them!!

 thats the levels I usually see when I go to the fight page and I"m only a mid 500 level.   my guess is these players have been around a while, have been done with the other levels for a while also and Bangkok is where they are playing now. 

So, I used to be able to sort my home page down to just the MW posts so that I could hit all the jobs...and with the new homepage I can't figure out how to do it.  Help?

I have been saving for days and almost have the 150k to get the thrid B business.  I hope it's worth it.  I can't wait to be making a ton of money and get all the sweet stuff in the faction stores.

I think I maxed out on what equipment will do for my mafia.  I just spent some money on the most powerful equipment in M, C, and NY and it didn't increase my mafia's attack or defense points at all.

I need some of those SCARY powerful items in B...

I feel like I'm at sort of a stalemate right now...

I am on chapter 2 of level 3 of the LAST moscow series...  That goes forever slow.

I want to hammer bangkok, but I'm trying to save money, so I can't buy the items to open up new jobs...  So I'm just grinding away untill something breaks free.  (like getting that third business so more money rolls in...).

I would love it if I could find someone who doesn't back their Baht, and I can get 10-20k off of them...  No luck.  Everyone is pretty wise to bank theirs.  I almost always get zero B's when I fight.

I don't bank mine but I rarely have more than a few thousand because I upgrade the businesses as soon as I have enough Baht.

I'm getting attacked like crazy at the moment.  Not sure why.  I have been reduced to less than 10 health 3 times (one being a snuff). 

I really don't care, but I can go all night without an attack, and now I'm getting picked on...

BTW people.  PLEASE make gift requests.  Every time you request a gift, I get 143 XP when I send you one...

I'm over 100k baht right now.  On level 4 of Brawler and about 1/3 through it.  I'm on level 2 of Criminal and have done a few jobs in Pirate on level 1.  Another 50k baht and I'll buy the 3rd business.  I'm also at Neutral for Yakuza now so I have one of the weapons open!  Just cost too much to get right now.

Haven't totally blown off Moscow, but I am mainly only going back there to get untraceable cell phones to do Bangkok stuff.

could you just keep doing the same job that is already completed in BK to make some money.. I doubt it will be much, but if you have use one of your energy paks that would help some,

I just maxed out the first business, and I really only go into BK now when I have low energy points, less than 80 that I can't use in moscow.

 If I figure it out i'll send you a quite note, but I"m not sure either.. what I do is on the home page of MF after I go through and help everyone I clear off the status.  that why when I log back on, it should be all new ones.

Thanks.  Yeah, I'm not talking about the ones that appear inside MW itself.  They don't all show up there.  There are usually tons more on the news feed....but I can't bring up the news feed anymore.

Definitely should have realized this.....found this in the forums on how to get the Dangerous achievement the fastest....didn't even occur to me that you can't go negative....

It seems an enigma. You gain 2+ for Triad and -1 for YAKUZA and vise-versa. It seems to gain only +1 for each two attacks if you split the difference between the two factions. Eventually you will grind your way to the top.

However, there is a quicker way. Consider this: If you let one or the other faction go to ZERO then it cannot lose any more value. There is no further loss that has to be recovered other than the initial default value. You can attack the other without any further negatives. WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

Let's consider the math: If you focus on one faction exclusively, you will require approximately 725 fights to gain the 1450 or so it takes to get one of the achievements. At that point you are, for example, TRIAD 1450, YAKUZA 0, but you have lost effectively nothing from the YAKUZA value in accomplishing this. So, we have gained 1450 TRIAD and YAKUZA has gone to 0. Then, you switch to the other faction and attack TRIAD. It then requires 725 fights to achieve 1450 YAKUZA at the expense of 725 TRIAD points, leaving your situation at 1450 YAKUZA and 725 TRIAD and you have both achievements."

Hmmm....I'm only up in the 200's...might as well swap over and do it their way.....

A: In our previous expansions, we have required that players be fairly experienced before they travel to the new locations. For this expansion, we want to provide challenging content to our veteran players, while still allowing lower level players to be able to experience the new content. To accomplish this, we've created a dynamic system similar to that used by our Featured Jobs. High level players will find that the jobs have energy costs and experience payouts appropriate to their level, and lower level players will see those same energy costs and experience payouts scaled down to allow them to complete the jobs as well.

Additionally, the scaling only affects players between levels 20 and 200; players above level 200 will all see the same energy costs for jobs, with the appropriate modifiers for their Top Mafia of course."

I wondered if they did this.  Nice to see an answer...  BTW, the two players I have (wife's and mine) are both above 300 and 400 respectively, so I couldn't tell.

Facebook/MW question.

At one time, I hid all the MW notifications because I was getting SO many, I couldn't see my real posts.

NOW, I want to turn them back on.  Anyone know how?  I want to help and send gifts more, but I don't see the requests.

 
Did you hid the MW wars notifications or the ones from the individual people?   I would think that it was be the peoples taht are the request for help.   I know I'm guilty of usually clicking "skip" or "no" when I'm prompted to send out a notification. 

I don't remember getting them from MW just the people,, the people that kept me updated on theirs childrens bowel routine I hid also

The ones from the people (but I still see anything else they write).  If you lick on a post, you have the option to hid from the person, or from MW.  I would click MW.  Now I don't see any of the requests for help (but I see the post of the children's movements!)

I doubt any one is still in cuba since most of the talk is about moscow and bangkok but does anyone need politicians  I've got lots and lots of them

I haven't done a single Triad job.  But I'm up over 500 points for my triad.  And 750 for Yakuza.  Just fight anything and everything.  Eventually you will get both of them up without even trying!

And the "Mafia Toolbar" thing rocks when it gives you 25% energy.  It sucks when it gives you 200 stamina though as that takes forever to use up!

I'm over 1000 on both, and all I really do is fight.  It's only taken about a week or so.  I will have all 1500 for each probably LONG before I can take advantage of it (have enough money to buy anything in the faction store).

I guess after I get to 1500 for both, I will have to keep them balanced as to not lose ground (the -1 you get for fighting one of them)

Yeah, I love it when it's 25% energy...wish it was predictable!

And I'm getting my faction points up almost exclusively with fighting...I am still trying to finish Moscow so I don't do many Bangkok jobs...just racking up faction points and working on the businesses there....

I wish I could get ANYTHING.  I got the 25% boost in energy once and a boost in stamina ONCE in the last 2-3 weeks.  I'm not sure when it comes or how to get it even though it says it's available every 8 hours.

Do you have to NOT be logged into FB to use it and get the stuff?  Do you press the toolbar to get into MW?  How EXACTLY do you get the quick bonus?
