Ah it's all coming back to me. I was thinking of you while I was on the treadmill last night. I was thumbing through an old tri magazine or something and it had a pic from the Sooke Tri. I really want to go up there and run that whiffen spit park sometime.

Yeah I know, I read severely outdated magazines @ the gym. Once I got all excited about these shoes and it turned out the magazine was from like October of 1991.

But I wasn't interested in the triathlon anyway. Just the running of the spit.
