Well, it's one thing to think the guy is a douche, but to go and threaten him outright (like that dude wanted to do to Ryan) seems a bit extreme. |

Maybe, though to be honest, I wouldn't want to date a guy too much younger than me or way, way older. The guys my own age are barely mature, so why would I dip too far below - plus, I'm still young enough that TOO young means they're still living off their parents or fresh out of college. I don't want some slacker who lives in a dump and sleeps until 2pm every Saturday. But I don't have much in common with some guy who's pushing 40, has owned a house for the past several years, makes 6 figures, etc. |

I did briefly date someone who was 29. If it works for both genders as Aikidoman suggests, I wouldn't want it: 27/2 + 7 = 20.5 - HELL NO. |

Maxim magazine is absolutely a "pig" mag, but I like quoting the "quotient" because it generally infuriates women, especially my wife. I am 41 and she is 35. When we met I was 35 and she was 29. So my Maxim quotient was 24.5 and I told her that she was actually too old for me. Now that we are the ages that we are, I am supposed to be with someone that is 27.5 and shee is almost 10 years too old for me, so I have to start shopping again. The reaction is funny - even though she knows I am joking. |
