My teacher's voice was scratchy on Tuesday morning and a little thought flitted through my head. 'it is too bad that he is getting sick again.
Am I blessed or what...I woke up feeling crummy on wednesday morning and only made it through a couple of hours of school. And I must have fixed something I was doing wrong because the spot on the back of my shoulder that has always hurt when I press on it is barely sore any more! I have to press really hard now to make it hurt. great fixing what was wrong.

I got a SportCount counter, but I have noticed that the laps I push on it do not always register. I do this too! Great job on the time and form improvement! |

So things are looking up with that! Glad to have PF over the winter rather than over the summer, but it really stank having it for the entire winter.I've had PF for some time now, custom orthotics has done wonders for me! I want to do a 100 all out soon to see where I'm at. Is everyone on this team making swim progress? I had my best swim ever on Tuesday and am looking forward to tonight to make sure it wasn't a fluke. I wish! My coach says I am sooooo much better, even Lauren has commented on my improvement but I don't see it...or I want more! Definitely takes longer for the swim improvement then any BorR! |
