Happy Friday, PPGers! I kicked off the weekend with a mini personal triathlon. Went for a swim after work, hopped on the trainer for a short ride after getting home, and topped it all off with a 15-minute transition run. I'm a little tired now.

Tomorrow is an organized century ride up the Natchez Trace. Hubby and I are doing 50 of those miles. Then, I might...maybe...still haven't decided...run a 5k that night. We'll see.

But I will be 1/4 of the way to my goal, at least, by the time this week is finished.

Ugh tell me about it!  And I got a 4:00 meeting sprung on me earlier today.  Usually I'm gone by 2 on Fridays

Yeah, there were 2 cars in the parking lot when I left tonight.

And someone tried to schedule a 6:00 meeting next Tuesday.  I had to talk them down to a noon meeting instead.  Dang Coloradians(?) and their mountain time zone!
