Need to exercise more! You can come with me tonight, I will wear you out. Its not an easy job BUT someone has got to do it!!! It is legs day then spin! It will be fun! I do best when I have a workout partner and some who pushes me, I am very weak and need to rebuild my strength! I really do miss some of my workout buddies. Having them to push me and to spot me really helped some evenings. Because I am usually the last one done with the crossfit workout I have a built in cheering section. At first it intimidated me to have 15 people, who were done and rolling out. watching me struggle to finish but now I appreciate it when they come up next to me and encourage me to work harder .. or yell from across the room! It does make me work harder! We can all yell at you if that will make you feel better. I tried....and was branded a manipulator..... |

I dont' know why I can't learn this lesson... It has happened SO many times. When I get down and stressed, just getting up and knocking out a few tasks, even if you don't feel up to it, makes you feel WORLD'S better! Why can't I remember that? I spent 30 minutes fixing my irrigation system after my run last night. That "fix" was weighing on me for almost three weeks and it only took 30 minutes and I felt such a good feeling of accomplishment. I even said it many times before. Feeling depressed or overwhelmed? It's baby steps. Just do 1 or 2 easy things on your list, and you feel so much better. Love it! |

Need to exercise more! how many do you need? Snerk! I do like things in multiples. I just would like ONE man. Not to much to ask. Right? But apparently it is. Just one. ONE. I am sorry TJ... but I have told you numerous times... I am taken. Sorry... but that's just the way the cookie crumbles... I know. I've accepted it in reality .. but I can still dream about it. I did get asked out .. well sort of .. someone asked me if I wanted to go to church with them. That is sweet .. but I'm looking for something .. um .. else. Do they think you need salvation? Yeah, church is NOT a date. No. That wasn't it. Just making a friendly gesture. Thing is I was very physically attracted to this guy before I ever knew a thing about him. Then we started talking and all sorts of things were revealed that are so opposite from me .. BUT I still stare at him .. and he hugged me once and I thought I might melt. HA! I have one of these. 6'3, dark hair, loves the sun, great body, happy/healthy, owns his own business, boat, plane, house in the city with enough room for me, he likes me, my boys and finds me attractive, his dog even likes me, he loves to entertain at his swank-well kept and designed house and I routinely help host parties if needed, he smells good and dresses well, and travels just enough to my liking BUT .......the match up on maturity and intellect and just life does not work. I still flirt and think if he was a mute......he would be perfect!

It does make me work harder! You know I used to be intimidated to go into the area of the gym with the free weights and squat racks and such. I have found a number of friends in what I used to term the testosterone zone and they often push me to work harder just being around them. |
