Whew. Big storms last night. Knocked out the TV, internet, phone, etc.....

It was like living in the Stone Age.

Fortunately, it all got fixed by tonight.

I got my big proposal out yesterday....

Tidy up and follow up today but Im feeling a bit dopey and VERY relaxed!

Had NO idea how stressed and pressured I was feeling until today!

I even celebrated last night with risotto guy (so Dee knows who Im talking about) I had 2 glasses of wine and even with a steak etc I was really tipsy!

Thanks for telling everyone. I just popped in as I'm not here much these days and not everyone is an avid reader of COJ.

The details are on my blog. He passed away peacefully in his sleep at 3:37 am this morning.

Part of me thinks he waited until I came home.

I'm so glad you got to see him before he passed.  Keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

The first post was for the first half of the swim.  Her total swim time was 1:10:27. 

The give three splits for the bike - first 34 miles in 1:46:18, which is 19.19 miles per hour.
