I'd raise it again, BUT my shin is killing me. (Is it shin splints? Do I know? Ow ow ow.) BUT.... I did 9h 37m of running wogging this month, which is an absolute ALL TIME RECORD for me! Yay!!!!!!!!!! AND my running wogging feels LOTS better now! (Or rather, it did until my shin started hurting.) THANKS FOR THE MOTIVATION, EVERYONE! P.S. I hate losing challenges. P.P.S. Anyone have a spare shin they'd be willing to lend me for awhile.  Great job, Dee! Now take a little time off and heal that shin |

Got to about 4 and then decided that there might be too many of them and stopped counting before it got depressing. |

Then a few minutes later, he passed me. I did end up passing him and dropping him but geez, good on him for being out there. That is major inspiration. I hope I am still out there when I am in my 60s! |
