Here's the deal....the rooms are blue and they have a jack and jill bathroom between them....you can fight over who gets to shower first! George....no #3.....yet...now stop looking at the MG and plan your race strategy! I told him to write his race report exactly the way he wants it to go and just fill in the blanks right after the race, so that we wouldn't have to wait until he gets back from China. You think he listens to me? He only listens to "the Queen"

Champion 6973 marietta | Subject: RE: SWBKRUN fast, furious, and closed HA! so yesterday i'm trying to figure out what to do because my bike has been in the shop all week, that's another story. so i decide to go run after work. well after work comes and i realize i have nothing other than an older pair of running shoes. so i grab a t-shirt out of my desk, walk into jarretts office, steal her shorts... the purple one's, the only one's, and off we go. did ok in em but started chaffing a bit at the end. the purple shorts were a lot better than today's, i wore my race gear for the run to make sure all was in good order. wearing tri gear ain't cool outside of tri. no sunburn, my stomach turns bright red after every run. and the colder it is the redder it get. not sure how much weight since december. probably around 25 pounds. i. am. not. putting. that. back. on. after. this. race. i'm done being a fat slob. skinnyminny.. haha. if my lazy beer drinking a$$ can do this any of you awesome peeps can!!!!!
i hope all of you racers have an AWESOME time. really pumped for our dancing fist timer!!! andre i love your goal of being the first black guy. very very cool. and such an amazing example you are setting. but i couldn't care if you were purple or orange. or purple and orange (war eagle.. ha!) i'm hoisting a few for you brother!!! HAVE FUN! AND DANCE AWAY!!!!!

Andre - Bassman Sprint Tri What are all of your goals for these races? Mine for this weekend. Primary goal: (always the same): Keep my bike and myself upright for the race. Secondary goal: Based on last race success I realized that my Weekly long group and group hill rides are much harder than the actual races. Before my goal would have been for a pack finish, but now it's to get myself in the top 10 or so riders coming into the last turn (200M before the finish) so I can set myself up for the sprint and maybe podium. |
