I just re-adjusted my goal to include some aquajogging.  Although I won't win any aquajogging marathons I have not yet drowned which is a positive right?

Just feel dorky running in water - just doesn't feel the same by any means but I am sure I will adapt to it.  Yesterday was already better than Wednesday.

Pictures.

Exactly...what is the phrase...oh yes...Pictures or it didn't happen!

I shall discuss breakfast/lunch since they are sort of combined meal.

Last night after football I throw a chick(en) breast (LOL) on the stove with some garlic, onion, red pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, and yellow zucchini.

Cook it all up.  Cut the chicken into strips.  Put some of that into my lunch bowl and then throw 2 eggs in with the extra and scramble that all together for my breakfast.

It was quite yummy and I am looking forward to lunch

Why am I hungry again

Oh wow, now THAT sounds GOOD

Thanks Dee.  I really like the taste and I don't add any seasoning or salt/pepper.  I let the veggies do the work.  Now do I sound like a wanna be cook or what

Okay, I had "misplaced" this post and had to rely on my memory -- shakey at best   --
I came close to "your" dish last night.

Just wanted to thank you for posting this -- it was  DELISH !!!      My DH had two helpings and (miracles never cease) he DIDNT add extra salt & pepper!

Going by memory I forgot the tomatoes all together and I used green zucchini and yam instead,  but I figure it was close enough.

It was SOOOOO  GOOD .....   okay enough raving about dinner  .. but thanks!

Ok...finally caught up!!

Last night I did a one mile test run in the rain, and then 45 minutes on the trainer.  Plan is to try to get another 2-3 miles in on the dreadmill today after work...because it is cold and the rain is blowing sideways

Next some of the trails I was on - a little leaf coverage huh?

VERY NICE!!  Looks like fun!  Did your ITB hold up to the biking?

It doesn't bother me riding but afterwards it is sore so I need to talk to Chiro about that today.  I hope he gives me good news but I am not expecting it

I am sure that your chiro has tips for you,  but I was wondering,  you do stretch out your hip flexors don't you?  That will help "release" a tight ITB -- especially about 15 or 20 minutes later.

Sorry I interrupted your page...I will get to work now and leave you to fill the rest by yourself!

PF alright then Katie?  Dreadmill is about right huh?

PF is holding steady...and a little improved...but definately not worse after giving it a stress test yesterday. Sticking with the inside running because of weather and because it is a little easier on the foot.

Yeppers - stretch a lot more now than ever before.  It doesn't bother me during - afterwards only (except that dreadful run).  I pulled out from riding yesterday and was leaving the park and pulled over to stretch because I forgot to at the truck.

GOOD ....  I think that stretching is very undervalued.... Much could be prevented or alleviated with consistent stretching .....

oops, sorry that is my soapbox at work  ...  guess I forgot where I am

That is what I am hoping that the treadmill will help me ease back into running sooner than the chiro thinks.  I know he will be mad at me but I just have to ask these questions

Yeah that is how my PTs feels about me...always trying to push back to quickly...what can I say I am stubborn and it has gotten me pretty far in life so why stop now!
