Because I just saw this now, I'll answer, and then it's back to fixing some stuff that I just went and got answers to. I work for an architectural firm doing contract preparation and negotiation; contracts between us and our clients for product that we design and are involved in the construction aspect as well. We do mostly residential (single family, apartments/condos), but we do have a commercial dept. that does a lot of work for many of the auto dealerships around here as well as other jobs (office parks, etc). I just take care of all the contractual stuff between us and our clients as well as us and the engineering consultants we use for projects.

Um, actually, no. Not in the slighest. I get coffee for myself. No one else. The most I'll have to do is print out copies of stuff for people when they have meetings only because I don't have an admin (or rather, an admin that's actually MY admin). And that's only because the architects are too lazy to do it themselves when they have full access to the documents. I am not an admin. I have my own office.
