I didn't push myself and only did about 1200 yards-for some people that's a lot, but I have grown up a swimmer and am perfectly capable of longer workouts...or more yardage...or more intense short workouts.
Right now I am focusing of just getting in the workouts. I decided that I will wait until I have established a habit/routine I will focus on the details of the training plan. |
