Haha...

I know I mentioned it...  But on the IMAZ application it asks for something interesting about you.  The most interesting thing about ME, is who I married...  enough so that I actually got called out on it at the pre race dinner...  embarassing...  Had I said "I do triathlons" on an IM application, I don't think it would have stood out?

In fact....just name your blog "Tala's World"....you'll probably get more followers, but make all the content about you and briefly mention her to get people's hopes up.

Like when TJ said that she was going to the bewb doctor and was going to post pics.....and then posted one of like her neck.

It's like a webernet tease....

I had the xray pics!!!

And you have to tease the readers .. you need catchy blog titles ... catchy blog entry titles .. titallating content and photos.  I read that somewhere . not that I do it but I read it!!!

I have catchy titles....and the catchier/edgier the title, the more readers.

I have one called "RIP Eminem". It's got the most clicks.

Tomorrow I'll have "Running Naked". Bet that gets a lot. Cuz, er'one wants to see all this (runs hands up and down torso)

Several weeks ago, my aunt was feeling funny/sick.  Called my mom and she said go to the hospital to get checked out.  It seemed to be something viral or bad flu, but something "felt" wrong to my aunt.

Well, a couple house after she got there, went into shock, and a coma, and had complete respatory failure.  Failed all response tests...  They scrambled and scrambled.  She had a super high fever so they put her in an ice bath to keep her brain from cooking inside her own body.

It was so bad, that the doctors prepaired the family for the end.  It was over.  They had her on complete life support and thought there was brain damage...

I'm not exactly sure what they did, if it was anything unique, but she suddenly stablized and woke after a couple days.  Everyone is in shock and the doctors are confused.  They can't explain it and everyone is saying modern day miracle.  It's unexplainable.

I just got an email yesterday, that she is discharged under her own power, walking and talking fine, and even rescheduled her speaking engagement she missed from all of this.

It's kind of scary to be so full of like one second, then basically considered dead the next completely out of the blue (not including accidents)...  Then to recover unexplainably?

I'm in awe...

So far so good!  I'm curious if there are going to be residual impacts from all of this.

I'm a little surprised with my mom, because she didn't tell me untill it was basically over.  By the time I got the scoop, it was the day before she woke I think.  I had NO idea this was even going down...  But I'm sure she had her reasons.  Maybe to keep us from worrying.

She is sort of removed from us now.  She was the sister of my mom's husband that passed from Leukimia...  So sort of not related now that he's passed.  However, still the blood aunt of my brother and sister, but not me.

Wow. Amazing what the body can go through...and with all the science/medicine/technology specialists can still be confounded.

Had she been out of country lately? One of the stories of someone traveling the world and contracting strange/unexplainable sickness?

I had an interesting day. A few meetings with senators. A good walk from the Lincoln Memorial to the Hart Senate Office Building, and then after my last meeting, I got to visit the orphanage where my grandma and 3 siblings were raised. So it went from eh to really great.

What a cool group of siblings they were. They include an Anzio vet and a guy who fought on Iwo Jima and Okinawa (flamethrower operator).

Grandma always had a grandfather clock and I saw why because there were 2 of them at the orphanage. Just really cool. It's now a home for disadvantaged kids with personality disorders.
