I really hope I'll be able to get my rides in this week. I haven't done any yet, and I've been stuck with very early morning experiments at work and more plans than usual after work. That, combined with being out of town this weekend with no bike access may mean that this week is a wash. If so, I'll do my best to make up for it next week, since then I have the week off!

I did an hour on the trainer last night and felt a bit weak. It was the 3rd I'll do a brick bike/run today and a hopefully a nice long one on Saturday to make a 5'r this week. :=)

was going to do a 1.5 hr ride today but smacked my knee cap. hurt so bad felt i better give it a day off. just did some weights and core. get on the trainer tomorrow.

Got outside for a ride today - did my "narrow" 2 hour loop, but on my Wahoo and winter shape it turned out to be 2:17. I need 1 more ride for the week.

Had and errand to run so I extended it to get a ride in (#4 for the week). 48 degrees so no CWWC points but it was TRAINER AVOIDANCE!!! And I didn't even break any of the 3 doz eggs on the way home.

Only 3 rides again this week. I am frustrated with myself. But at least I am getting rides in, 3 last week, 3 this week, for 10 total for the month. That might be 8 rides more than I did in November, so I am improving consistency anyway.

Thanks for the update. So sorry about the tooth. I had a sore wisdom tooth last year at this time and I was miserable. Hope to see you in another challenge soon :=)
