Tomorrow is a 30 mile huge hill ride/ torture brick, Sunday is another 50 mile ride. Looks like I'll have to get another short ride in there somewhere to hit my commit! |

Apparently, one of their top riders had black wristbands made with this inscription, which is "R" rated compared to Lance's 'Livestrong' If I had a bracelet I'd send one to you as this weekend is going to be an exemplary effort! Master 1924 Denver | Subject: RE: Astana Team Thread Finished 10 of 10 today in style! Over and out.... I did a 56.5 mile pre-ride of the 5430 Long Course in Boulder that is coming up on 8/12. I hope you guys pull through as best as you can this weekend. I'm happy to report my best mileage on the bike in a month since I started exercising and riding last spring. |
