Sweet Jesus look at the fat tires on that bike !!

Got 42 mins on the gym bike today .   I am behind on the bike so i will do more of that next week

which will work well tapering  into the half marathon .   I am over 100% on the run so i underestimated

by quite a bit what i would do for the month , or maybe the plan i am following  is a bit too wimpy on the running times.

Just got back in from my race this morning. I shaved off over 2 minutes off my previous PR for a 5K. I am very happy. Especially because I didn't expect anything from this race. Now some resting up and then out for a little bike ride.

Hope everyone has a good weekend!

Got away from work for a nice midday swim ,   did  40 mins per  plan .

Tomorrow  is my last long run this month before Agoura Hills Chesebro Half Marathon  next week , i did the race 3 years ago as my first half  and it nearly killed me .  Its hilly and on trails.    But i was so proud of finishing (albeit slowly)   that i wore the nice race shirt everywhere.

Have a nice weekend Shammies..

Morning Shammies.

I hope everyone had a good weekend.

Today I get my new bike. I plan to ride outside today  but it will be short as the temps are only in the 20's. It is going to get warmer toward the end of the week.

Thios weeks spreadsheet looks GREAT!!!!!

You are Brave !

I got a very  long run  in yesterday  which was challenging and maybe not the smartest 6 days out from a race.

Today got on the gym bike for an easy 30 mins to eat into the large amount of biking i have left to do

this month.

We have until next tuesday to complete the goals  so this "week" is really 10 days long

Go Shammies !

Rode  1 hour and 22 minutes  on my new bike. I only went 14 miles. The wind was firece and the temps very cold (sub 30 with wind chill). At times I felt like I was pedaling to no where. It was crazy!!! But I ahd a great time. I love Max!

Hi everyone! You are all doing some great training! I've got a lot of catching up to do on the bike, but should be able to get some nice long rides in this week. I should be OK on the run and swim. Don't know if I'll be able to hit 100%, but I should be close.

I feel a win for the Shammies in the near future. Our numbers look great!

I am way over on the bike( i swithced to a more intense plan than earlier in the month). I biked 24 miles today, ran 5 and swam 1700. Tommorow I am going for a 60 mile bike on Cape Cod it should be fun now that the temps are warming

x10

Our team spreadsheet looks great. Everyone is working HARD! Nice!

My number is lower than most of you guys, but I am right on track so no worries. I won't be able to go over 100%, but I should hit the 100% exactly if not something unforeseen pops up!

Today is Friday for me... Can't wait to get out of this office.

GO SHAMMIES GO!
