Go Lance!!! Anyhow...I gotta ride in tonight inside. I certainly have my interval training in need some endurance though...maybe this weekend. I'm pulling for Lance. In spite of being on a French Team in the TdF! :-) Me! I haven't been a big fan of cycling in the past and i don't particularly love Lance but i really do hope he wins! It would be just great! Anyway, I got my 6th of 9 stages in. This summer feels jam-packed and I am so very tired! It should be nice this weekend as I am taking my dad to see the blue jays play the red sox for father's day - this was his gift... he picked the day. Go Red Sox I used to live in RI/MA so I enjoyed those games at Fenway. Yeah! GO Sox! |

Need to kick it up a notch to get finished but should be a good week next week. Looking to get a long ride in tomorrow, we'll see how that works out |

Master 4119 Toronto | Subject: RE: Francaise Des Jeux So have at least one racer this weekend (have a great time w) what's everyone else up to for the weekend? I have a two hour ride scheduled. which I might do on the trainer tomorrow - will just be easier to be at home given that I have my out of towners (family) coming - and I can watch some of my netflix videos. Outside would be better but I just don't see it happening. |

Master 4119 Toronto | Subject: RE: Francaise Des Jeux Got in my 7th stage today while watching the Tour. The end was pretty exciting! And a great way to pass the time on the trainer! Had fun at the game with my dad and sister - the Jays' won - yeah - (but not the night before :S) and it was nice because we were sitting around a ton of Sox fans ... weird, being in Toronto and all. And then we went to Wayne Gretzsky's restaurant which i knew my dad would love because he's a total hockey nut ... should mention that my family live about two hours from Toronto so all these things are a big treat! |

superb kvesey. putting us all to shame! i did a 30 minute trainer ride which got me to 71% of my total. so not too bad after last week's hell. the red no logos have overtaken us blue logos though so boo hiss! but overall as a team we are doing great. we should all be gunning for about 74% by now so if you aren't and you need any encouragement or help just holler. let's kick some a$$ peeps! |

Yeah you get big points for racing in the heat!! I'd need more than two minutes even in a 5k. I did a half marathon that was crazy hot and it's more than 10 minutes slower than any other half i've done. I just felt like garbage the whole time. So way to go on getting out there!! |
