LOL cute toast though lynne. i'm all kinds of amused at least there's no nutella on it!! LOL i'm SO inspired just now, i was on paula radcliffes website ( i LOVE her btw!!) so inspiring, i'm gonna run like the wind tomorrow (i mean, AFTER i bike like a slug)

well without the Reeses and the Peanut Butter M&Ms (we have some of the other flavours) I have to improvise somehow!

Besides its a slow release carb and some protein and good fats... not THAT bad :p

Lynne, the smiley toast is very cute.  Reminds me of some of the faces on my fave kids' show, Yo Gabba Gabba.

I love nutella and cannot have it in the house or I put it on/in everything or just give in and eat it with a spoon.  For years, before I tried it, I thought it was like vegemite (and Cat you may like that sort of thing, I don't know) but it intimidated me. Then I tasted it.  Ahhh.

I am not having luck getting on the bike yet today and am highly frustrated.  DH ended up working on the fence until 3 and then had to take D shopping for a helicopter toy thing....I am here with S watching a train video and wishing I were out in the lovely afternoon on my bike.  Hopefully I will get a local loop in once the boys are home. Grrrr.

Nope I cannot STAND vegemite.... revolting... the smell of it is enough to get me leaving whatever room Im in... eew!

Which is how the Brits and the crazy fun girls ended up on the same team....

I am also jealous of the bike ride!!  I think I may go ride on the trainer in the garage for a while to blow off steam.  I am one cranky mama this evening.  Weekends usually drive me insane, and this one has been very nuts.  Next Saturday I work (which is very rare) and then immediately fly off to Disneyland with the family, so I have a lot to get done this week, including getting going on week 5 of the Oly plan!  I swear the kids are out to get me, really I do.

Now, Lynne, how is it that you have a hangover???  Hmmmm......you'd better be on that bike tomorrow, girlie!!!

glad mine is grown up and "Pretty" much on her own....but dont get mad....GET EVEN...go get on that bike and ride!! I just put in another 30+ miles in the wind today....and I am pooped!

Crud: 9:42 PM and I haven't ridden.  I will do it tomorrow one way or another, hopefully just by getting out early before the family gets moving.  I have had to move the next ten days around so they are all wonky anyway.   I will be biking a ton when I am back from my trip, that's for sure!
