Great job earning peaches this weekend!

I just got back from my bike race....if you can call climbing over 3,200 feet in 10.5 miles a "race".

Tammy welcome to the peach challenge!  I hope this helps you find some of the motivation you are looking for in the off season.

Impressive Surprised

RR is up, Mount Diablo Challegne if you are interested.

WTG everyone!

I'm having trouble remembering to update here as well as my logs

This morning I took my 4 year old on a walk to the mall 20 minutes there, more walking around the mall, and 20 minutes back. It was slow, but it helped her!

After she got on the bus, I rode my bike to the Y (25 minutes), swam for 20 minutes, and then rode back home. It is a beautiful day!

Didn't see this challenge until now.    I'm on target though 5 of 5 and heading out now for a lunchtime gym workout, can I get in?

I'm going to try to get in a swim tonight between playing with my son in the pool and teaching a swim lesson.  I'm hoping for as many light peach days as possible.  I do have a green square from Sunday's tri, but that will be where the stem on my peach is

Really diggin this challenge so far. Different but motivating still. Makes me get my butt out the door to do something.

I agree...I dread the day I don't earn a peach!!

I earned my peach today by a 30 min ride on my trainer; weights after work and using the stairs instead of the elevator at work!

It's obsessive!  I'm at the point where I dont even like to write in my log until I've trained because then there is a dreaded "yellow box" there until I train for the day!  There are some days where there is yellow, but ONLY FOR A FEW HOURS and I try not to look at it.  It makes me think that someone peed on my square!  ha ha!

I agree, I think I'm heading down the same path...I can see it becoming an obsession. That's not a bad thing right?

Today..weight session. I've entered that and I'm about to get on the trainer for 30min(can't record that 'til it's done!).

And let me guess.....immediately after finishing you will log onto BT and record it...as if your life depended on it?  As if for some reason if it does not get logged right away the workout does not count?  Or maybe that's just me.

I'm as bad as you all!   A great joy is up'ing my daily activity to BT and Sporttracks.

And, it's really upsetting when I don't upload a day, forget to reset the Garmin 305 before the next event and then it becomes a 'multisport' activity and won't directly upload to BT!

I sometimes think BT is a bad thing and the "anti- stretcher"

WHen i get down riding or running I will hop of the trainer or come inside and always almost record my info on BT while the numbers are fresh in my head. I know I should start stretching first but always say I will do it in a minute. Next thing you know I am surfing the forums and 45 min goes by.

I love the someone Peed on my square comment! I go nuts looking at my yellow box! Also... 90% of my workouts are logged within 30 minutes of completion. It makes my wife crazy! I walk in the door strait to the computer and log it before I Even shower!

LOL!!!  I thought I was the only one that rushed home from a run and immediately plugged in the Garmin and logged into BT!

I think if you earn a 'greenie' that's a bonus point...not sure what a bonus point would give you though? Maybe we can 'treat' ourselves to something sinful if we get a green!!

A race earns you 'pizza'?  I'm impressed...

I'm a bit obsessive about entering in my nutrition stuff.  Right now, I'm trying to enter it in before I forget but my dogs are distracting me.  My female dog has decided that she really wants to hump my male dog.  He is looking for something so he really doesn't care.  Crazy dogs.
