I'm also in... many thanks.  Cycling is definitely an issue for me ... and its the one sport where i find it harder to be motivated during the winter months.

THanks for organizing and preparing these sessions. Biking is a weak link as I avg in the low 18mph range. Hopefully this can bump me into the 19-20mph range for my HIM in April.
