There's some crap going around right now, and I am hoping that I will miss it. I started to be a firm believer of avoiding the sick people, and washing your hands a LOT. Plus the Purell alcohol stuff. I also make sure I keep my hands away from my face if I go to the gym or in public. Don't rub your eyes or eat anything without washing first, etc. I usually get sick a couple times a year. I seem to have missed the worst of it the last couple. |
