Random Food Accountability Monday!
'Cause the scale laughed at me this morning when I got on....
Breakfast - egg, applesauce, water w/ crystal lite, coffee w/ splenda (~ 125 cals)
Snack - larabar, diet Pepsi (~ 210 cals)
Lunch - lean cuisine ginger stirfry w/ chicken, baby carrots, diet Pepsi (~ 340 cals)
Snack - more applesauce (~ 100 cals)
Post swim - Mojo bar (~ 200 cals)
Dinner - sauteed chicken breast w/ tomato basil sauce, parmesan risotto, bag salad (~ 600 cals )
And just enough calories left for a bit of wine.  I should be randomly accountable more often. |
