I got busy in the spring and then sidelined with ACL replacement this summer. Haven't ran since May 30th and really am not supposed to run until November. So all of my time will be on the elliptical/cross-trainer (my doc hasn't really approved this, but when I told him I had already gotten on a cross-trainer he just changed the topic to what he WOULD recommend I should do (swim and bike, waah! - he also told me I should give up running, pfft!!!) FYI: I've done two short cross-trainer sessions and my knee felt great during and after both. I don't have my goal figured out quite yet, but I'm thinking it will be in sessions of minimum 15min per session. ...and I suppose she worships Les Miles and will be in a craptacular mood if LSU loses to Georgia...  |
